Just going to leave this here - you can always buy pre-made chai spice but I like having this around in my cabinet. I had an empty spice jar from when something else ran out so I keep it in that.
I use this in coffee, cookies, rice krispy treats, hot cocoa, crepe mix... lots of things !
You'll need:
2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
3 teaspoons ground ginger
4 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:
Measure everything and mix in a bowl, either whisk or combine spice jar and shake. I store mine in an old spice jar.
