Dill and Feta Turkey Meatballs

Easy to make, minimal time commitment, very versatile, AND TASTY AF!

You'll need:

  • 1 cup ground turkey (lean, white meat)

  • 2 tablespoons feta

  • 2 tablespoons dill

  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapeño

  • 1/2 shallot, diced

  • 2 tablespoons panko crumbs

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • garlic powder to taste

  • a pinch of cayenne if you're feelin' HOT!


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, fold ingredients together, don't over mix or they'll be dense

  2. Form into ~1 tablespoon balls

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a dutch oven or skillet

  4. Add meatballs and 2 tablespoons of water to the pan and cover. Flip after 5 minutes and cook another 5 minutes.

Pasta (dill, shallot, garlic butter sauce, red chili flakes)

Pizza (tons of arugula!!! olives?)

Rice bowl (cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, lettuce)

Soup! (pasta, kale)
