  • 2 sticks of salted butter

  • 2 bars of dark chocolate

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 cup cane or granulated sugar + 1 tablespoon (separate)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 tablespoons coffee or cold brew

  • 2 oz of cognac (or whiskey)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep a 9x13 in baking pan with parchment paper (use oil to help it stick to the pan)

  2. Whisk together the 4 eggs in a large mixing bowl. Whisk for about a minute or until there are bubbles on the top.

  3. Cut the butter into cubes + chop the chocolate bars. Add both to a microwaves safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, stir, and microwave again until melted.

  4. Add the melted butter + chocolate, sugar, vanilla, salt, cold brew, and cognac into the eggs and whisk together until mixed.
