2 tablespoons yuzu rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons fresh squeeze orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk! Or add to a container with a top and shake.
This will make enough for one large salad or several personal size salads. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
