Summer Lillet

My new favorite drink for spring and especially summer. Perfect for the beach or pool or backyard or anywhere!

+ watermelon helps you stay hydrated so these are basically healthy, right? no added sugar means they’re low cal as well.

You'll need

  • 1 oz gin

  • 2 oz lillet blanc

  • 3-4 basil leaves

  • 4 large chunks watermelon

  • 2 cups ice (or more)

Instructions:

  1. Combine everything in a blender and mix until the ice is fully blended.

Variations:

  1. Freeze your watermelon ahead of time, don't add any ice, blend, then top it off with tonic water.

  2. Add only 1 cup ice, pour over ice and add a splash of tonic.

  3. Use watermelon juice, add ingredients to a shaker, pour over ice with a splash of tonic water.
