keeping fresh dips on hand is an easy way to up your weekly kitchen game

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk, 5% fat)

  • 2 Persian cucumbers

  • 1/2 of a lemon - juice (about 2 tablespoons)

  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh dill

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon garlic paste)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch of salt (onion salt if you have it!)

  • optional: 4-5 mint leaves, diced up or half of a jalapeño for heat


  1. Grate the two cucumbers then wrap the grated cucumber in two paper towels and squeeze out the excess liquid

  2. Add everything to a bowl and stir to combine

  • fresh pita and veggies

  • on a sandwich or wrap

  • with grilled chicken or other meat / seafood
