keeping fresh dips on hand is an easy way to up your weekly kitchen game
You’ll need:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk, 5% fat)
2 Persian cucumbers
1/2 of a lemon - juice (about 2 tablespoons)
2-3 tablespoons fresh dill
3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon garlic paste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of salt (onion salt if you have it!)
optional: 4-5 mint leaves, diced up or half of a jalapeño for heat
Instructions
Grate the two cucumbers then wrap the grated cucumber in two paper towels and squeeze out the excess liquid
Add everything to a bowl and stir to combine

with grilled chicken or other meat / seafood
